Kuźnia Talentów Foundation, based in Kraków, is dedicated to supporting individuals at every stage of life, with a special focus on young people.
We broaden access to education for young people, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. For adults, we offer support with job readiness, career re-entry, and maintaining employment, empowering them to build stable, fulfilling futures.

Bucovina Institute, which started as a project in 2005 and was officially registered in 2011, is an NGO, social enterprise, and VET provider based in Suceava, Romania. Its aim is to support the sustainable development of communities in Romania, Ukraine, and the Republic of Moldova by establishing partnerships for employment support, learning, organizing and delivering training programs, and promoting continuous education.
Bucovina Institute works closely with youth workers to develop and implement programs that strengthen democratic values, encourage active citizenship, and foster cross-border collaboration. The institute focuses on reaching people in rural areas, minority communities, migrants, and individuals with disabilities, offering them intercultural learning and capacity-building opportunities. By improving access to civic education and employment pathways, these initiatives contribute to building more inclusive, engaged, and resilient communities.

La Maison de l’Europe des Landes WIPSEE (Pontonx-sur-l’Adour, France)
MDE40 WIPSEE is an association governed by the law of 1901, based in the heart of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Adhering to the values of the Social and Solidarity Economy and Popular Education MDE40 WIPSEE is committed to various themes: active citizenship, employability, vocational training, volunteering, sustainable development, innovation and territorial cohesion in the Landes département and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
Since 2019, MDE40 WIPSEE aims at connecting local realities with European opportunities, ensuring that those who need support the most, have access to the tools, networks and platforms necessary.
ICSE&Co. – International Center for Southern Europe is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Department of Political Science at the University of Florence. Since 2010, it has promoted sustainable social development and innovation, with a special focus on the Mediterranean area and youth engagement. The organization fosters collaboration between individuals, civil society, and institutions, from local communities to international networks, to build inclusive, resilient societies through education, mobility, and active participation. ICSE&Co. works across three key areas: sustainable development, youth and interculturality, and social innovation. Through non-formal education, international mobility, and institutional partnerships, it implements projects that empower individuals, promote social inclusion, and address urgent societal challenges. Special attention is given to young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, helping them develop civic, professional, and intercultural skills in an international context.
Since 2014, ICSE&Co. has hosted over 500 international participants in Florence and sent more than 100 young people abroad through Erasmus+ programs. It is one of only two organizations in Tuscany accredited for Erasmus+ youth mobility, and one of just three in Florence recognized by the European Solidarity Corps for hosting and sending volunteers. The organization has a growing network of more than 100 volunteers, 30 youth workers, and over 20 external experts, and is known for its work in social innovation, migration, global education, and local development.
Recent Projects: In recent years, ICSE&Co. has coordinated a range of impactful initiatives, such as:
- SITA and Identitart, which use artistic tools to promote social inclusion and support migrant youth;
- LOG and Afrodita, aimed at empowering women and adults through craft, sport, and digital innovation;
- Second Generation On Board and ENGAGE, focused on increasing civic participation among youth with migrant backgrounds;
- SCUB, enhancing cultural dialogue between the Western Balkans and the EU;
- UPPeal, which develops e-mentoring skills among European youth workers.

EAST (European Academy of Strategic Training and Business) is a non-profit youth organization based in Zagreb, Croatia. Established in 2023 after three years of informal activity, EAST focuses on empowering youth and young adults—particularly those from rural or marginalized backgrounds—through non-formal education. The organization supports personal and professional development, social inclusion, and active citizenship, emphasizing transversal skills such as critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, and people management. It operates locally, regionally, and internationally, using innovative methodologies like outdoor learning, simulations, and digital literacy training. EAST has a core team of young professionals and volunteers who, so far, have collaborated on 19 KA1 and 3 KA2 projects in Erasmus+, particularly in the areas of sustainability, digital transformation, mental health, and civic participation. The team brings expertise in intercultural learning, youth empowerment, and inclusive practices, offering rich educational environments through international mobilities and training courses.
